Delivery

All Sputnik jewelry is packaged in a Sputnik gift box. We will send your order in a plain unbranded box with only our postal address on it.

We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. While most orders are ready to ship within one day of placing and paying your order, some orders take additional time. We will generally take three days at the maximum to prepare your order for shipping.

Shipping within the Netherlands or to Belgium

We use UPS for parcels shipped within the Netherlands and to Belgium. The delivery time is approximately one to two business days from the date it is dispatched, based on normal business days. Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure there will be someone present to receive the parcel and provide a signature. If there is no one present UPS will try to deliver at one of your neighbors. If UPS is unable to deliver your parcel at one of your neighbors, UPS will then try again the next day (except during the weekend). If UPS is unable to deliver your parcel the second time you will receive a notification stating where you can collect your parcel.

Shipping is free for orders over € 75.- for delivery within the Netherlands or Belgium. We charge € 5.- shipping cost for orders under € 75.- for delivery within the Netherlands or Belgium.

International shipping

We use UPS services for parcels shipped to the countries as listed below. Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure there will be someone present to receive the parcel and provide a signature. If you are visiting our webstore from a country that does not appear in the list below and you wish to place an order, then please contact us at webstore@sputnikjewelry.com for shipping services and rates.

Europe (EU)

Orders shipped with UPS will be delivered within approximately four business days. We ship orders to: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. Shipping is free for orders over € 250.-. For orders under € 250.- we charge € 15.- shipping cost.

Europe (No-EU)

Orders shipped with UPS to Norway and Switzerland will be delivered within approximately four business days. Shipping is free for orders over € 300.-. For orders under € 300.- we charge € 25.- shipping cost.

World

Orders shipped with UPS will be delivered within approximately six business days. We ship orders to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Saudi Arabia and the United States of America. Shipping to Hong Kong and the United States of America is free for orders over € 300.-. For orders under € 300.- shipped to Hong Kong and the United States of America we charge € 25.- shipping cost. Shipping to Australia, Canada, India, Japan or Saudi Arabia is free for orders over € 500.-. For orders under € 500.- shipped to Australia, Canada, India, Japan or Saudi Arabia we charge € 45.- shipping cost.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. During busy periods, such as the holiday season, delivery may take longer.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit.

Returns

Sputnik does its utmost to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should your purchase nevertheless not meet your expectations or in case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Sputnik is happy to offer you the possibility to exchange goods or to get a full refund for the goods you wish to return.

After delivery, you have the right to open the parcel and check your purchase. You have fourteen calendar days to report to us the return of your purchase, calculated from the day following the delivery of your order. The date of the first delivery attempt of our shipping company is treated as the date of receipt.

I have an account

To exchange or return an item purchased in our webstore, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit your return online on our website in ‘My account’
  2. Click on ‘My orders’
  3. Click on ‘Create return’
  4. Follow the instructions to obtain a Return Authorization number.

Once you have requested a return online on our website in ‘My account’, your parcel must reach us within fourteen calendar days.

I do not have an account

To exchange or return an item purchased in our webstore, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an e-mail to webstore@sputnikjewelry.com with your name, date of purchase and your order number.
  2. You will receive a confirmation of your e-mail within one day.
  3. If your report is within fourteen calendar days, we will confirm your return.

Once we confirmed your return, your parcel must reach us within fourteen calendar days.

The Netherlands

You can choose your own shipping method for return, but we strongly recommend to return your parcel using a secure shipping service with tracking option as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. Please note that the customer carries all the return costs and that we do not accept any responsibility for items lost, stole or damaged in transit. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Your return will be confirmed by email when you submit your return on the website and when on receipt. Sputnik commits to refund your purchase within twenty-eight days calculated from the day following the delivery of your order. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. The original shipping costs will be refunded for shipments to EU Member States. Please note that the original shipping fees for shipments to no EU Member States will not be refunded.

Please note returned items are only accepted by us if:

  • they are unused, unworn, undamaged and/or not repaired and are packed in their original package;
  • the return have been authorized in advance;
  • a copy of your Return Authorization is inside the package and your Return Authorization number is written clearly on the outside of the package;
  • the shipment costs have been entirely paid for by the customer;
  • your return shipment has been delivered to us within fourteen days after making your notification.

If the return does not match with these terms, we will not exchange or refund your purchase.

Please note that only items bought in our webstore can be returned or exchanged.
